The objective of the disclosed technique is to provide a radio communication method, a radio communication system, a radio station and a radio terminal whereby the communication performance can be improved in coordinated multipoint communications. A radio communication method comprises: notifying, on the basis of information related to the reception level of a radio terminal, the radio terminal of first set information, which indicates, out of one or more communication points that can perform coordinated communications, one or more candidates of reception points to receive a signal transmitted by the radio terminal, from at least one of the communication points; and, at the time of reception of the signal from the radio terminal, notifying the radio terminal of second set information, which indicates, out of one or more reception points indicated by the first set information, one or more reception points used to receive the signal transmitted by the radio terminal, from at least one of the communication points. |
