A friction clutch, in particular a dual clutch, for coupling an engine-side input shaft (14) to at least one transmission-side output shaft (16, 20), comprises a counter plate (24, 36) for transmitting a torque in a friction-fit manner and a clutch device (12, 18), which has a pressure plate (22, 34) that can be axially moved relative to the counter plate for coupling a clutch disk (26, 38) that can be connected to the output shaft (16, 20). In addition, a clutch pot (40) is provided in order to accommodate the clutch device, wherein the counter plate is inserted into the clutch pot. The counter plate is connected to the clutch pot by means of a connecting element (42) extending substantially radially. According to the invention, the connecting element is pressed into a connecting opening formed in the counter plate by means of plastic deformation. Because the connecting element is pressed into the connecting opening of the counter plate by means of plastic deformation, especially low tolerance requirements can be specified for the connection of the counter plate to the clutch pot, so that the friction clutch can be produced at low cost. |
