The clutch has axial pressing plate (110) that is arranged between back pressure plate and lid. The plate springs are mounted between back pressure plate and axial pressing plate. An adjusting device (100) for compensation of axial wear of friction pads, is located in between cup spring and axial pressing plate. A deflecting element (106) is provided with bearing (105) that is biased in displacement direction of adjusting ring and is limited to movable against action of energy unit (114) and against action of centrifugal force against stop unit (115).
