A conductive film (21) of a touch control panel, comprising a film (24) and a plurality of water repellent units (23); the film (24) is used to detect a touch control signal; and the plurality of water-repellent units (23) are intervally disposed in the film (24). The conductive material of the conductive film (21) of the touch control panel is only distributed in the areas having no water-repellent unit (23), and the water-repellent units (23) have good light transmittance, thus imparting the characteristic of high light transmission to the touch control panel.
