<p>Provided is a drive control device capable of causing reverse travel of a vehicle, using sufficient drive force, in a hybrid vehicle comprising: a first differential mechanism and a second differential mechanism having four rotating elements overall; and an engine, a first electric motor, a second electric motor, and an output rotating member that are each connected to the four rotating elements. One of the four rotating elements is selectively linked by a clutch to a rotating element in the first differential mechanism and a rotating element in the second differential mechanism; and the rotating element to be engaged by the clutch, in the first differential mechanism or the second differential mechanism, is selectively linked to a non-rotating member by a brake. During reverse travel of the vehicle, the clutch (CL) is engaged in place of a failed brake (BK), forward rotation positive torque is output from the first electric motor (MG1), and forward rotation negative torque is output from the second electric motor (MG2), and, as a result, sufficient reversing drive force can be obtained without rotating the engine (12) or changing the engine (12) rotation speed.</p> |
