The spectacles have a front part (2) including a frame (3) completely or partially encircling two optical glasses or sunglasses (4) and supported by two lateral arms (5). Each arm is connected to the frame by a tenon and a joint (7). A central locking finger has an end engaged with an end housing (16) of the arm to form a hinge via a single axle for simultaneously ensuring articulation of the arm, locking of a connection cap (13) on the tenon, immobilization of the tenon and tightening of a clamp ring (8) of the tenon. The front part is formed by an open rigid metal hoop. The tenon is formed by a free end (9a) of a flexible peripheral seal (9) that is made of plastic material.
