PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulverized coal biomass duel fuel burner which can burn a large amount of biomass fuel as an auxiliary fuel and when the biomass fuel is insufficient, can burn pulverized coal only.SOLUTION: A pulverized coal biomass duel fuel burner 1 includes a biomass fuel jet nozzle 20 disposed along the axis of the burner 1, a fuel jet nozzle 30 formed by opening the tubular body of the biomass fuel jet nozzle 20 in the middle thereof, a secondary air nozzle 40 surrounding the fuel jet nozzle 30, and a tertiary air nozzle 50 surrounding the secondary air nozzle 40. A pulverized coal component in a flow of a mixture of a pulverized coal fuel and a biomass fuel is distributed thickly along an outer peripheral wall, while a biomass component is distributed inside the pulverized coal component. As a result, a flame of the pulverized coal fuel having a superior ignition/flame stability is generated in a furnace, while a flow of the biomass fuel is jet to the inside of the flame. |
