PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a priority determination system and a priority determination method capable of determining priority so as to suppress stop of a production line.SOLUTION: A priority determination system is provided with: alarm notification means provided for each process where a time for process is determined and a start time is set to the same time of day; and priority creating means for creating priority with respect to a process of which alarm is notified. The priority creating means creates priority of each process in order of reception of notification from the alarm notification means from start time to a prescribed time in each process and, with respect to each process of which alarm notification is received after the prescribed time has elapsed, makes the priority of a process of a longer remaining time higher than that of a process of a shorter remaining process time.
