PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophoretic device, an electrophoretic method and a program for an electrophoretic device, which are capable of reliably detecting an error even when time intervals of introducing sample solutions are shortened when introducing a plurality of sample solutions into a flow channel intermittently.SOLUTION: A starting marker M1 whose electrophoretic speed is faster than those of fragments F contained in each sample and an ending marker M2 whose electrophoretic speed is slower than those of the fragments F contained in each sample are mixed into each of sample solutions 1. The plurality of sample solutions 1 are intermittently introduced into a flow channel. An error is detected if a starting marker M1b mixed into a sample solution 1b introduced to the flow channel at a later time than an arbitrary sample solution 1a passing the flow channel is identified before an ending marker M2a mixed into the sample solution 1a (Fig. 3(b)) is identified. |
