PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Mycoplasma infection vaccine capable of effectively preventing various kinds of Mycoplasma infection in nonhuman animals, economically producible and excellent in safety, and to provide a recombinant protein usable for the vaccine.SOLUTION: There is provided a Mycoplasma infection vaccine for nonhuman animals, comprising enolase of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae as an immunogen. A recombinant protein having ≥90% homology with the enolase and having protective immune inducing activity to swine mycoplasma pneumonia, a gene encoding the recombinant protein, a recombinant vector containing the gene, a transformant containing the recombinant vector, and the Mycoplasma infection vaccine for nonhuman animals using the same are also provided.
