PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fine electretic particles that have even chargeability and show satisfactory dispersibility in electrophoresis media and excellent electrophoretic properties, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: Provided are fine electretic particles in which at least the surface part thereof comprises an electretic resin and a polymeric dispersant. The electretic resin is a fluororesin and has been converted to an electret by irradiation with electron beams or radiation or by corona discharge.
