PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a natural replaced image while protecting privacy.SOLUTION: An image capturing device 1 comprises: an image recording unit 105 that records at least one face image and each piece of face feature information in an associated manner; a feature information extracting unit 106d that extracts feature information from a face in an original image acquired by an image acquiring unit 106a; and a replaced image generating unit 106g that generates a replaced image obtained by replacing an image of a face region in the original image with any one face image recorded in the image recording unit on the basis of the extracted feature information and the face feature information recorded in the image recording unit.
