PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for appropriately distributing advertisement according to a communication environment in a technique for distributing advertisement from a communication carrier when a calling operation of communication is made from an information terminal.SOLUTION: When a user performs the calling operation, the telephone number of a user terminal 100, the telephone number of a communication destination and radio wave state information are transmitted from the user terminal 100 to a communication control server 200. The communication control server 200 transmits the telephone number of the user terminal 100 and the radio wave state information to an advertisement server 300. Using the telephone number of the user terminal 100 and the radio wave state information, the advertisement server 300 reads out an advertisement file, to transmit to the communication control server 200. The communication control server 200 distributes the received advertisement file to the user terminal 100. |
