PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the throughput or the processing time of processing of detecting an object included in a registered image from an image.SOLUTION: An image processing device includes: a general-purpose discriminator for detecting a prescribed rough classification object, which includes such one or more weak discriminators that a weak discriminator in a following stage executes detection processing for an output region of a preceding stage; and a dedicated discriminator for detecting a fine classification object resulting from subdivision of the rough classification object, which includes such one or more weak discriminators that a weak discriminator in a following stage executes detection processing for an output region of a preceding stage. Partial weak discriminators included in the dedicated discriminator, which have the highest scores as detection results for a registered image, are substituted for weak discriminators included in the general-purpose discriminator, to generate a registered image discriminator for detecting an object included in the registered image. |
