PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator which cancels vibrations of a car by actuators such that a control controller is made simple, vibration suppression effects are enhanced with a small number of actuators, and installation and adjustments are facilitated.SOLUTION: There is provided an elevator includes a car 1 which moves up and down along a guide rail 2, an acceleration sensor 20 which detects acceleration of the car, and an actuator 21 which is driven so as to cancel vibrations of the car 1 according to a signal detected by the acceleration sensor, rigidity of at least one of guide devices provided to an upper and a lower part of the car and pressing guide rollers against the guide rail with press springs 6, 8, 10, and 12 being made 2 to 5 times as large as the rigidity of the other. |
