PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for connecting the terminal of a stacked semiconductor module and a bus bar removably in a limited space, in a power converter including a semiconductor stack unit.SOLUTION: A power converter 2 includes a semiconductor stack unit 3 in which a semiconductor module 5 housing a semiconductor element and a planar cooling plate are stacked alternately. A planar terminal 6a is extending from each semiconductor module in parallel. The power converter 2 further includes a planar bus bar 7 for connection with the terminal 6a, a clip 20 for connecting the terminal and the bus bar, a clip housing 52 for holding a plurality of clips side by side, and a lever 51 attached rotatably to the clip housing. The lever 51 is provided with a slit for holding the terminal and bus bar with being superposed by holding each clip when rotating. |
