PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system, a radio base station device, and a handover method for the same radio communication system, suppressing a handover occurrence frequency and enabling a terminal device to perform radio communication at a handover destination.SOLUTION: The radio communication system includes the terminal device and a first radio base station device and a second radio base station device for radio communicating with the terminal device. After the terminal device performs handover to the second radio base station device to a handover request to the terminal device transmitted from the first radio base station device, based on history information related to handover performed in the second radio base station device, the second radio base station device includes a control unit for predicting a prediction time to a next handover, and based on the prediction time, for determining to permit or not to permit the terminal device to hand over to the second radio base station device. |
