The present invention relates to a device for active and passive detection with a low likelihood of interception, comprising a stationary antenna structure, a transmitting means, and a receiving means. The antenna structure consists of a plurality of radiating elements grouped together into identical subarrays, and includes at least one transmitting subarray and at least three receiving subarrays. The transmitting means is capable of generating a continuous, unfocused, low-power peak waveform to be transmitted in a plane. The receiving means is capable of detecting targets after forming a plurality of directional beams from the signals received on the receiving subarrays. The receiving means is also capable of carrying out the interception of radar signals from other radar sources by means of cross-correlation processing between the signals received on at least three receiving subarrays. |
