PURPOSE: A thin film type solar cell including a double buffer layer is provided to improve the efficiency of the thin film type solar cell by forming a first buffer layer with gold nanoparticles and a second buffer layer with WO3 between a first electrode and a p-type semiconductor layer. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode (120) is formed on the upper side of a substrate (110). A first buffer layer (130) including gold nanoparticles is formed on the upper side of the first electrode. A second buffer layer (140) with WO3 is formed on the upper side of the first buffer layer. A photoelectric conversion layer (150) is formed on the upper side of the second buffer layer. The photoelectric conversion layer includes a p-type semiconductor layer (151), an n-type semiconductor layer (153), and an i-type semiconductor layer (152). A second electrode (160) is formed on the upper side of the photoelectric conversion layer. |
