An air conditioner is provided to prevent damage to a display due to the external impact by installing a transparent part at the front of a main body and positioning the display at the rear of the transparent part. An air conditioner comprises a main body having a transparent part(26) at the front to air-condition an interior of a room, and a display moving device(300). The display moving device connected to a display(2) for displaying information moves the display at the rear of the transparent part. The main body consists of an air-conditioning part(10) having an air inlet(5) and air outlets(6), and a front panel(20). The front panel rotated at the air conditioning part has the transparent part, the display, and the display moving device. The front panel also includes glass(21) and a glass panel(22) assembled with the glass and has the display moving device. The display placed between the glass and the glass panel, and the glass moving device is installed at the rear of the glass panel. The glass panel has a through-hole part(22B) wherein a connection part connecting the display and the display moving device is penetrated. |
