PURPOSE: A hot-melt thermoplastic polyurethane resin for adhesion is provided to prevent damage, contraction and deformation of fabric due to heat; to improve elongation; and to have excellent heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: A hot-melt thermoplastic polyurethane resin for adhesion can be obtained by injecting 60-85 weight% of polyol with a molecular weight of 1500-2500, 5-10 weight% of a bifunctional chain extender to the polyol, 35-5 weight% of organic diisocyanate into a mixture; and mix-reacting the mixture. A melting point of the hot-melt thermoplastic polyurethane resin is 80-140°C and elongation is 650-1,200%.
