The present invention relates to 2-alkoxy-6-aminophenyl dialkylphosphine and a synthetic process therefor and use thereof in a palladium-catalyzed coupling reaction of an aryl chloride and a ketone. The 2-alkoxy-6-aminophenyl dialkylphosphine of the present invention is coordinated with a palladium catalyst in the reaction system, can activate the inert carbon-chlorine bond in a highly selective manner and reacts with the alpha-site of the ketone in the system to obtain respective coupled compounds. In the present invention, 2-alkoxy-6-aminophenyl dialkylphosphine, being stable in air, is swiftly synthesized in one step. Compared with other known processes for synthesizing a ligand to activate a carbon-chlorine bond, the synthesizing process of the present invention is a short process and is easy to operate.
