The brushless DC motor (1) has a motor housing (2) that is provided with a rotor (4) rotated in the magnetic field generated in the windings of a stator (5) by changing commutation. The front ends (2a,2b) of the motor housing are provided with clamping screws (13). The inner circumference of the motor housing is provided for carrying the pole shoes (6) in the wall projections (11). The trapezoidal wall projections are arranged within the cladding circle (10) of the molding (12). The molding is intended for receiving clamping screw.
