PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion device for a speaker, which is used when the speaker is attached to the ceiling or the like in an interior, and to provide an in-vehicle acoustic device using the cushion device.SOLUTION: A cushion device 30 for a speaker has a core material 33, an upper side cushion material 32 joined to the upper side of the core material 33, and a lower side cushion material 33 joined to the lower side of the core material 31. The cushion device 30 for the speaker is inserted between an interior member 5 and an exterior plate 3 in the peripheral edge of an attaching hole 7 formed in the interior member 5. In a state where the outer periphery 21a of a frame 21 of the speaker 20 is mounted on the outside surface of the interior member 5, an attaching screw 15 is inserted in an attaching hole 20b formed in the center 20a of the speaker 20 and is screwed to a female screw hole 4a formed on a reinforcing frame 4 positioned inside the exterior plate 3. |
