PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile device, a telephone directory data management system, a method, and a program which can acquire telephone directory data from a portable terminal by using comparatively robust code information.SOLUTION: Authentication information reception means 12 of a facsimile device 10 receives an authentication code and a name of a terminal from a portable terminal existing in a reception area of radio encryption communication. When an operator selects a desired receivable telephone directory by a telephone directory data selection means 14, the facsimile device 10 determines whether the authentication code associated with the terminal and an authentication code stored in the device match with each other, and if the authentication codes match with each other, acquires the telephone directory data from the terminal by radio. |
