PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of extending the life of functional macros constituting the semiconductor integrated circuit.SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit 1 of one embodiment includes: a plurality of functional macros 11 and 12; a power supply circuit 15 that supplies operation voltages V_MA and V_MB having a predetermined potential difference to the plurality of functional macros 11 and 12, respectively; and a BIST control circuit 14 that performs a self-diagnosis for either one of the plurality of functional macros 11 and 12 that has a lower operation voltage. If the result of the self-diagnosis of the BIST control circuit 14 is abnormal, the power supply circuit 15 increases the operation voltage of the functional macro having the lower operation voltage by a predetermined voltage. |
