PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera or a portable terminal apparatus capable of reducing photographing performed in a state not suitable for a photographing situation, without needing complicated operation.SOLUTION: The camera comprises: a photographing unit which captures an image electrically; a flash light which outputs a flash; an illuminance sensor which detects ambient illuminance; and a display unit which performs image display. Before photographing by a photographing unit, in accordance with the ambient illuminance detected by the illuminance sensor, a display unit displays an image for setting which allows for switching the operation setting of the flash light. |
