<p>The invention relates to a dumb-bell with multiple uses which may be employed in fitness physical exercises or in the exercises of skeletal-muscular recovery. According to the invention, the dumb-bell is a chest expander-dumb-bell system consisting of a metal bar (1) which has, at the ends and in the central area, some exterior sliding limiters (2a) and some interior limiters (2b) for the slide of the handles (3), the handles (3) being placed in the central area of the bar (1), next to the interior limiters (2b), by means of two springs (4) or chest expander systems, in de-compressed position, the two springs (4) having the exterior ends mounted on the handles (3), the interior ends in the center of the bar (1) are attached to each other with a fastening sleeve (5), the handles (3) have the hand grip area made of a soft and elastic material (8) and towards the exterior they have an area for loading the bar (1) with the disks (6) of various weights, which are fastened at the exterior with the nuts (7), and a sleeve (9) which covers the springs (4) at the exterior, after they return from extension, in order to prevent the skin from being caught between the coils of the springs (4).</p> |
