The present invention provides a thin film transistor display. The thin film transistor display according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a substrate; a gate line positioned on the substrate; a gate insulating film poisoned on the gate line; a semiconductor layer positioned on the gate insulating film; a drain electrode and a data line including a source electrode positioned on the semiconductor layer; a protective film positioned on the data line and the drain electrode and having a contact hole; and a pixel electrode positioned on the protective film wherein the contact hole connects the pixel electrode and the drain electrode and the channel part of the semiconductor layer and the contact hole are positioned on the extended line where the gate line is positioned.
