PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of high-speed capturing of a moving image by reducing the wiring resistance of a read control wire, thereby reducing a time constant.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus comprises: plural pixels each including a photoelectric converter 21 and a field effect transistor 22; and a read control wire 211 and a signal wire 210 arranged in the peripheral region of the photoelectric converter 21 and connected to the transistor 22. The read control wire 211 comprises a lower wiring layer 211b electrically connected with the gate electrode 220 of the transistor 22 and an upper wiring layer 211a which is laminated while being electrically connected with the lower wiring layer 211b and is provided in the identical layer of the signal wire 210. In the read control wire 211, the lower wiring layer 211b and the upper wiring layer 211a provided in the identical layer of the signal wire are laminated. |
