PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light source device capable of keeping constant a light-emitting wavelength and a light quantity of each semiconductor light-emitting element using a plurality of semiconductor light-emitting elements.SOLUTION: A semiconductor light source device 100 comprises: a plurality of semiconductor light-emitting elements 6R, 6G, and 6B which output each color light; a projector 9 which synthesizes and outputs the output lights of the semiconductor light-emitting elements 6R, 6G, and 6B; and an operation unit 2. The operation unit 2 controls a driving current If to be supplied to the semiconductor light-emitting elements 6R, 6G, and 6B so that a detected light quantity Le of optical sensors 8R, 8G, and 8B approaches a prescribed target light quantity Li, calculates a target temperature Tthi of the semiconductor light source elements 6R, 6G, and 6B, and controls temperature adjusting units 5R, 5G, and 5B so that a detected temperature Tth of temperature sensors 7R, 7G, and 7B approaches a target temperature Tthi. |
