PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute an inertia with a compact configuration, while suppressing rotational fluctuation of an output side in a wide rotation speed range.SOLUTION: A device includes a driven plate 16, a retaining plate 27, a torsion spring 29, and a hysteresis generating mechanism 19. The driven plate 16 is fixed to a turbine hub 10, while torque is input from a piston 15. The retaining plate 27 is relatively rotatable to the driven plate 16 in a predetermined angle range, and is connected to a turbine shell 8. The torsion spring 29 connects the retaining plate 27 and the driven plate 16 elastically. The hysteresis torque generating mechanism 19 generates a variable hysteresis torque between the retaining plate 27 and the driven plate 16. |
