PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive the commands for respective stations appropriately, even when the same wireless frequency is used in a plurality of stations.SOLUTION: An emergency call command system 1 delivers a command to a command facility 10 connected with a reception table for receiving an emergency call, and the reception facilities 30 of a plurality of stations connected with the command facility 10 by using a wired line and/or a wireless line. The command facility 10 monitors the state of the wired line when delivering a command to each station. Upon occurrence of a fault on the wired line, the command facility 10 delivers a command start signal, to which an ID corresponding to the station of fault is imparted, to a plurality of stations by using a wireless line, with reference to a wireless backup information database 19 registering IDs assigned specifically to respective stations, and delivers a command for the station of fault via a wireless line. Upon receiving a command start signal, the reception facility 30 switches the line to be used from a wired line to a wireless line on the basis of the ID included in the command start signal. |
