A pumping device for a vehicle seat, according to the present invention, comprises: a clutch for transferring a rotational force inputted from a handle lever to a link means; a brake for fixing the link means; a cylindrical front housing which accommodates the clutch unit and the brake unit therein, and which is provided with a pair of stoppers that are formed by being spaced at certain intervals on an outer lateral side of the front housing; a lever bracket which includes a pair of bracket legs provided on an outer side thereof in a radial direction relative to the respective stoppers, and which is rotationally disposed on the outer lateral side of the front housing to connect the handle lever and the clutch unit; and a return spring which is provided with a main body formed from a ring-shaped leaf spring and a pair of bending portions extended between the pair of stoppers and the pair of bracket legs when both ends of the body portion are bent. |
