For example, using such exemplary embodiments, it is possible to use at least one arrangement to (i) receive or generate first data regarding a controlled physical excitation of the portion(s) and optical coherence second data associated with the sample(s). Further, it is possible, e.g., using such arrangement(s), to generate the image information based on the first data and the second data, wherein the controlled physical excitation is caused by a non-biological arrangement. The image information can include depth information within the portion(s).
