<p>Disclosed is a data transmission method, comprising: after receiving an idle-state data transmission request transmitted by a terminal, a network side determining a time frequency resource for transmitting data in an idle state for the terminal according to the data to be transmitted, and notifying the terminal; and the network side receiving the data transmitted by the terminal in the idle state over the determined time frequency resource. Disclosed at the same time are a data transmission device for implementing the above method and a terminal. Aiming at the general characteristics of fixed settings, small transmission data amount and fixed transmission interval of an MTC device, provided is a method for a terminal for transmitting data in an idle state, which requires no signalling interaction with a network side, also requires no instruction of the network side to allocate resources through a control channel, and can well solve the congestion problem of a network caused by M2M.</p> |
