<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide optimum operation management conditions that enable observance of Q-time restrictions with reliability, even in a situation wherein Q-time restrictions are easily crossed, as not achieved in conventional methods and enable improvement in throughput of good products, reduction of costs, and reduction of environmental load. Provided is an optimum indicator generating device (11) that supplies indicator information related to a plurality of apparatuses, the device being provided with: an information input unit (12) that inputs information related to a plurality of apparatuses that are contained within a production system via a production management system (10); a Q-time structural analysis unit (14) that analyzes from the inputted information the Q-time restrictions that indicate the upper-limit values and lower-limit values for staying in the time in the middle of processing processes of the plurality of apparatuses; and an indicator calculation unit (17) that calculates, on the basis of the inputted information and the Q-time structure, the number of kanbans and a buffer size that are optimum, and outputs the result as the indicator information. The optimum indicator information calculated by the indicator calculation unit (17) is provided to the production management system (10).</p> |
