The present invention provides: an optical waveguide which has all of excellent transparency, excellent bendability and excellent heat resistance; and a dry film for optical waveguide production. A cladding layer of an optical waveguide of the present invention is formed using a dry film which contains a cationic or anionic curing initiator and a polymer that contains at least a (meth)acrylic acid monomer having an epoxy group and a (meth)acrylic acid monomer having no epoxy group.
