Disclosed is a driver condition detecting device and a driver condition informing device detecting inattentive or incursive driving by movements of a head and eyeball of a driver during driving. The CPU (7), when the head and the eyeball of the driver are determined as not facing forward, and neither the vestibule oculogyral reflex movement nor the semicircular carnal cervix reflex movement is detected, determines and informs the inattentive driving. The CPU (7), even though the head and the eyeball of the driver are determined as facing forward, detects an angle-of-convergence, and determines and informs the inattentive driving when the angle-of-convergence lies above a threshold. |
