The present invention relates to a caulking machine for assembly of a window roller comprising: a caulking box (1); a forward and backward transferring part (3) for moving an LM plate (2) forward and backward; and a supporting frame (4) located in a lower part of the forward and backward transferring part (3). A caulking punch (12) is mounted on a leading end inside the caulking box (1). A pair of operating bars (11, 11a) on which an operating roller (13) is horizontally mounted is opposed and installed in the rear by a hinge pin (14) inside the caulking box (1). The leading end having the caulking punch (12) is located between a caulking part (10) connected by a tension spring (15) to be broken at a constant width, and a pair of the operating rollers (13) located in the rear of the caulking part (10), and consists of a pusher (18) for breaking a pair of operating bars (11, 11a) by being moved forward and backward by a hydraulic cylinder (17). The forward and backward transferring part (3) installs an LM plate (2) for supporting the caulking box (1), and an LM guide (33) which consists of an LM base (31) and an LM block (32) in both sides of a lower part of the LM plate (2), and consists of an air cylinder (34) for transferring the LM plate (2) forward and backward in the rear of the forward and backward transferring part (3). According to the present invention, the hydraulic cylinder operates the caulking punch (12), and caulks both wings (56a) of a bracket (56). Therefore, marketability and productivity can be maximized due to even caulking pressure and rapid operation. |
