The present invention relates to a breadth-narrowness control panel and, particularly, to a breadth-narrowness control panel, for forming a partition wall by curing an ultraviolet-curable resin included in a liquid crystal mixture by ultraviolet curing after attaching two roll films in a state where the liquid crystal mixture is applied between the two roll films, a manufacturing method thereof, and a liquid crystal display device using the same. To this end, a method for manufacturing a breadth-narrowness control panel according to the present invention comprises the steps of: forming transparent electrodes and alignment layers respectively on an upper roll film and a lower roll film; applying a liquid crystal mixture onto the alignment layer formed on the lower roll film; attaching the lower roll film applied with the liquid crystal mixture to the upper roll film with the alignment layer formed thereon; and disposing a mask, in which an opening hole is formed, to an upper end of the upper roll film attached to the lower roll film, and applying ultraviolet rays to the mask to form partition walls and cells in the liquid crystal mixture. |
