The present invention relates to an apparatus for making cold water unified with a wine cellar capable of controlling the direction of cool air. The present invention is equipped with: a first evaporator for making cold water; a second evaporator for refrigerating wine; a compressor for compressing a refrigerant and raising the pressure and temperature of the refrigerant; a condenser for converting the refrigerant in the compressor to a liquid state; a pathway controlling valve for controlling the pathway of the refrigerant flowing into the evaporators; and capillary tubes for lowering pressure and temperature in the condenser.
