The present invention relates to: a production method for an absorbent barrier membrane for inducing tissue regeneration, whereby immunogenic material is completely eliminated and inflammatory reactions are avoided, and safety is ensured against infection risk factors such as viruses while at the same time calcification does not occur even in long-term transplants and the degradation time is maintained for 3 months or longer; and the absorbent barrier membrane produced by means of the method.
