The present invention relates to a compound with branched alkyl chains, a manufacturing method thereof and use thereof in a photoelectric device. The number of methylene between a main chain and an alkyl side chain produced by applying a branched alkyl chain as a solubilization group to the manufacture of an organic conjugate molecule (for example, organic conjugated polymer), in other words, m is more than 1 and is able to rapidly increase the mobility of carriers while guaranteeing the solubility of the organic conjugate molecule by effectively decreasing the effects of the alkyl chain on main chain π - π stacking. The compound is suitable for an organic semiconductor material such as an organic solar cell, an organic light-emitting diode, an organic field effect transistor and the like. |
