The present invention relates to a variable road state information providing system based on GPS and GIS information and, more specifically, to a road state information providing system based on GPS and GIS information which does not unnecessarily update a navigation device of a vehicle in which road traffic information is unnecessary by transmitting the road traffic information to the corresponding vehicle passing by the corresponding area and consumes power less by transmitting a wireless signal to a vehicle of a short distance and deletes the road traffic information after a predetermined time and prevents unnecessary data from being stored for a long time. |
