The present invention provides a slip-resistant mat having antibacterial function comprising copper powder and natural ceramic powder as a filling material; and a method for manufacturing a slip-resistant mat having antibacterial function comprising the steps of: adding copper powder and natural ceramic powder to one among a non-foaming or foaming thermo-plastic resin, a thermosetting resin and rubber; and producing the mixed composition at a temperature of 180 to 300°C by injection molding. The present invention maximizes the antibacterial function of the mat using copper powder and natural ceramic powder. Also the present invention can improve usage efficiency as well as production efficiency by improving applicability and surface uniformity thereof. Particularly the present invention can be used for medical facilities, nursing facilities, sleeping accommodations and general homes. And the present invention has slip-resistant function.
