PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure capable of preventing discharge from a screwing part to an electronic component, while suppressing an increase in manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A base 3 is arranged on an exterior part 2 and is also provided with a fitting hole 4 of a screw 1. A boss 5 is arranged on an opposite member facing the exterior part 2. The boss 5 has a screw hole 8 to which the screw 1 is screwed. The base 3 is configured to be engaged to the boss 5. An engagement part between the base 3 and the boss 5 is provided with a barrier part 7 for suppressing electrostatic discharge from the screw 1 to a conductive member of an electronic device. The barrier part 7 may be provided on the boss 5 or the base 3. |
