PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide at low cost a polarizing plate protection film, or an anti-reflection film which offers superior anti-reflection performance as well as a reflection film with superior reflectance and scratch resistance.SOLUTION: An anti-reflection film 1 comprises a transparent substrate 11, a hard coat layer 12 and a low refractive index layer 13. A resin composition for forming the low refractive index layer contains at least a perfluoroalkyl group or a perfluoropolyether group, a fluorine compound having urethane bonds, ethylenic double bonds, and a refractive index of 1.34 to 1.41, and an acrylate monomer or methacrylate monomer. |
