PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leverage type mold extrusion mechanism of an injection molder.SOLUTION: A leverage type mold extrusion mechanism of an injection molder mounted on a workbench of the mold of the injection molder includes: a base installed on the workbench; an actuating cylinder having an operation shaft; a connecting rod having a first end and a second end facing each other, disposed pivotably on the base and the end of the operation shaft of the actuating cylinder by a first pivot and a second pivot respectively, and provided with a movable extrusion pin on the bottom surface near the first end; and an extrusion rod abutting between the extrusion pin and the mold. The actuating cylinder extrudes the mold in a leverage style through the connecting rod, to thereby obtain sufficient extrusion force. |
