PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed compressor of small efficiency deviation by preventing occurence of biting of a vane, adjusting a clearance between the vane and a closing member to a proper value, and reducing clearance deviation thereof.SOLUTION: A vane 22 is brought into contact with an outer peripheral face of a roller at an A face, slidably brought into contact with a cylinder at a B face, and slidably brought into contact with an end face of a closing member at a C face. In the vane 22, the A face has a first amorphous carbon layer 33, the B face has a second amorphous carbon layer 34, and the C face has a third amorphous carbon layer 35. The first amorphous carbon layer 33 has a film thickness of "Ta" and Vickers hardness of "HVa", the second amorphous carbon layer 34 has a film thickness of "Tb" and Vickers hardness of "HVb", the third amorphous carbon layer 35 has a film thickness of "Tc" and Vickers hardness of "HVc", and relationships of "Ta>Tc", "Tb>Tc", "HVa>HVc" and "HVb>HVc" are satisfied. |
